Founder & Creator
Sandy England is the Founder and Creator at Surge Foundry LLC, where she is dedicated to designing and publishing digital products that transform lives and businesses. She also offers AI marketing strategy and consulting, helping entrepreneurs and small businesses integrate intelligent systems to scale with clarity and simplicity.
Before launching her own venture, Sandy served for 28 years in federal public service, most recently as Director of Architecture at Federal Student Aid (FSA), U.S. Department of Education. In this role, she led enterprise-wide technology strategy and modernization initiatives impacting millions of students. Sandy founded Surge Foundry to channel her experience into building something new. She envisioned a space where thoughtful strategy, intelligent systems, and purposeful design come together to create products that matter.
Today, Sandy uses her expertise and passion for systems and simplicity to create practical, impactful digital products and custom information products, including ghostwritten books, courses, and guides for subject-matter experts and business owners.
